This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of MedVoyage Global services. We are committed to fair and transparent refund procedures for our customers.

1. General Refund Terms

30-Day Consultation Refund Window

Online consultations may be eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days of the consultation date, provided the consultation has not been completed or utilized.

Treatment Deposit Conditions

Treatment deposits are refundable under specific conditions outlined in this policy. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and circumstances.

Service Cancellation Policies

Services may be cancelled and refunded according to the terms specific to each service type. Cancellation fees may apply as detailed below.

2. Consultation Services

Online Consultation Refunds

Full refunds are available for online consultations cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Policies

Consultations may be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a rescheduling fee.

No-Show Procedures

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule within 7 days for a reduced fee.

3. Treatment Services

Pre-Treatment Cancellations

Treatment deposits are fully refundable if cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled treatment date. Cancellations made 15-30 days before treatment are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before treatment may be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to hospital policies.

Medical Emergency Provisions

In cases of documented medical emergencies preventing treatment, full refunds may be available regardless of cancellation timing. Medical documentation must be provided for verification.

Force Majeure Conditions

Refunds for cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with full or partial refunds available as circumstances permit.

4. Travel Arrangements

Flight/Hotel Cancellation Terms

Travel arrangements booked through MedVoyage Global are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines and hotels. We will assist in processing refunds according to third-party provider policies. Administrative fees may apply.

Visa Assistance Refunds

Visa assistance fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. If visa application is denied due to our error, a full refund will be provided.

Travel Insurance Requirements

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations. Refunds for travel arrangements may be limited without appropriate insurance coverage.

5. Refund Processing

Processing Timeframes

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary based on payment method and financial institution policies.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made after verification.

Administrative Fees

Some refunds may be subject to administrative processing fees, which will be clearly communicated before processing. Fees typically range from 2-5% of the refund amount.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed Consultations: Consultations that have been conducted and completed are non-refundable
  • Third-Party Bookings: Services booked directly with third-party providers (hotels, airlines) are subject to their refund policies
  • Administrative Processing Fees: Fees charged for processing services are non-refundable
  • Completed Medical Procedures: Medical treatments that have been performed are non-refundable
  • Documentation Services: Completed documentation and translation services are non-refundable

7. Dispute Resolution
